01 / Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to open crates on KICKZ. By using the platform you confirm you meet the age requirement in your jurisdiction.
02 / Provably Fair
Every spin uses a hashed server seed combined with your client seed. Outcomes are verifiable after the spin via the seed history in your account.
03 / Pulls & Payouts
Pulls credited to your Collection can be sold back to KICKZ at the listed Rough Market Value. Wallet balances may be withdrawn instantly from the Wallet page, up to a rolling limit of $10,000 per 30 days. Funds leave your KICKZ balance immediately; arrival at your bank or card depends on your provider.
04 / Shipping
Physical fulfillment is not currently offered. Sneakers exist as authenticated digital entitlements within the KICKZ inventory system.
05 / Authenticity & Fulfillment
Every shoe shipped through KICKZ is guaranteed to be 100% authentic. In the event that the exact authentic pair cannot be sourced and fulfilled within five (5) business days of a confirmed ship order, KICKZ reserves the right to send the customer the best available high-quality 1:1 replacement product in its place.
06 / Conduct
Manipulation of odds, abuse of bonuses, or fraudulent payment activity will result in account suspension and forfeiture of balance.
07 / Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the App, or any KICKZ service shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration on an individual basis, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify. The arbitration shall be conducted by a neutral arbitrator in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may award the same damages and relief as a court. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
08 / Changes
We may update these terms with notice in-app. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
