How do crate openings work?+
Each spin is provably fair. The server seed is hashed before the spin and revealed after, so you can verify the outcome.
Are pulls authentic?+
Every sneaker in our pool is sourced and verified by third-party authenticators before being added to inventory.
How do payouts work?+
Selling a pull instantly credits your KICKZ wallet. You can withdraw your balance instantly from the Wallet page, up to $10,000 per rolling 30 days. Arrival at your bank or card depends on your provider.
Can I ship a sneaker?+
Yes. Sign in, add your shipping address in Account, then tap 'Ship to me' on any pull in your Collection. We'll source it from StockX or GOAT and ship it to you.
